BEACH!!!

Daphney got to experience the beach for the first time today! She loved the wind blowing her face and squealed so loud when her feet hit the sand! The ocean was a bit cold but we got to do some swimming in the indoor pool, which she also love and squealed the entire time. We had an absolute blast and are enjoying some much needed time off. Best Friends

Jackson rarely warms up to Daphney, but this afternoon he hopped up in the chair with us for some quality bonding time. Notice the handful of hair Daphney has in her hand. She pulled pretty hard, but didn't react, just whimpered some.

Sweet girl

No exciting news with this post, just a normal day here at the Baker house. We have spent our day playing, reading books, and strolling. I am making an attempt to stop obsessing over things such as the organization/extreme cleanliness of my home, so no housework for me today! Just enjoying the day off with my sweet girl. 

Exersaucer Fun

I bought Daphney an 'exersaucer' and she loves it! I assembled it this afternoon by myself with no instructions. There are tons of fun colorful things for her to pull on and put in her mouth! 

Photo Shoot

Today was a very busy day. I got a Mississippi driver's license and car tag :( , met Donald for lunch at the hospital, and took Jackson to the vet. I am still trying to learn how to use the camera I got for Christmas. So this afternoon after all our running around we had an evening photo shoot. 

5 Months Old (tomorrow)

Daphney turns 5 months tomorrow. We are working on sitting up and continuing to practice eating solid foods. This is going to be an exciting month filled with visits from both great grandmothers and a trip to the beach! We will keep you posted.
